Our difference is the high customer service we always aim to provide, along with a reliable and affordable service. We'll explain in plain English what is wrong with your computer, why it happened, how we'll fix it, and how to try to prevent the situation from occurring again in the future.

We can also demonstrate and/or document just how we fixed the problem, so if it happens again you could fix it yourself next time!

For customers that don't want to be bothered with any of the details, we can still provide you with a short written or verbal report, or you can just have piece of mind that the computer is fixed!

 

Onsite / Mobile computer repair and support

No need to disassemble your PC from its home and unplug all those wires, then carry it over to the repair shop! Aussie PC Fix can travel to your premises for prompt and convenient on site service. We can usually fix your problem on the spot, or for larger jobs we can take the PC back to our workshop and return it the next day (or same day) - so why wait?

 

Drop-off or pick-up computer services welcome

Please contact us for our address in Kambah and we can arrange a time for drop-off service. This is preferred especially for dead (or dying!) PCs, or when intensive troubleshooting is required.
